When the task list pane is resized it doesn not remember the size when the
application is quit and restarted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. resize the task pane
2. stop cal
3. start cal

Actual Results:  
pane reverts to defaul size

Expected Results:  
pane should retain previously set size
