Details

When attempting to print (File->Print) from Mozilla 1.7 with Calendar 2004-12-17, a window with a preview of a printed calendar appears, but there is no "Print" button visible in order to actually print the job.
As an update: it looks like Firefox with the Calendar extension does work to print, on the same machine.
