It's not the only page that keeps refreshing and refreshing. There are many of them around.
wfm Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050107 and I´ve been looking around at that site. Which version of mozilla did you use, 1.7.5 or 1.8a5 or a current nightly? You can copy&paste the string from Help->about Mozilla, or simply type about: into the location bar.
I'm using current nightly versions. At the moment Mozilla 1.8a6 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050107
Maybe the same problem as reported in bug 277141?
