It's not the only page that keeps refreshing and refreshing. There are many of
them around.

and I´ve been looking around at that site.
Which version of mozilla did you use, 1.7.5 or 1.8a5 or a current nightly?
You can copy&paste the string from Help->about Mozilla, or simply type about:

I'm using current nightly versions. At the moment Mozilla 1.8a6

No, the webpage in bug 277141 doesn't refresh continuously in my browser.
