Details

In Sunbird, we are adding useful features such as enabling/disabling UI elements
(search bar, status bar, etc.). We're also reworking unpleasant UI structures.

Once Sunbird's changes are finalized (and able to be localized) we should
migrate the appropriate changes to the XPI (ie: no Extensions or Themes menu)
QA Contact: gurganbl → sunbird
We've decided to no longer develop the xpfe-based XPI.
Any future toolkit-based non-Lightning XPI will be derived from Sunbird, and as such will pick up the new menu structures automagically.
