User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050103 Firefox/1.0+ Build Identifier: Thunderbird 0.6+ 20050107 In the post aviary landing trunk nightlies, extensions do not appear to work. Extensions that are already installed show up as enabled but appear non-functional. THose I have tried include AddressConext and WorldWeather. It could be those are just no compatable, but I suspect the problem is that Thunderbird is not initializing the extensions upon startup. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install an extension 2. Restart Thunderbird 3. Actual Results: The extension is non-functional. Expected Results: THe extension should be working.

Should have mentioned this in the initial comment. I am not sure this is really an aviary-landing bug. Today's nightly is the first one, post landing, that I could get to run at all and this bug was present. It is therefore possible that it was caused by a post landing check-in. Sorry for the bugspam.
the trunk is listed as version 0.6. you could only install an extension that was listed as being compatible with 0.6. I doubt there are any out there that are... pretty sure this is going to be marked as invalid.
Please read my comment again. This isuue is NOT with installing incompatable extensions. These extensins are listed as comapatable with version 0.6, do in fact install with no incompatability error message. They just do not function.
But it appears the bug is invalid after all. I have managed to get a version of addressConext to work. So eveidntly the extensions will run if they are in fact compatable, but some extensions makred as compatable are not really.
