Details

I just installed Mozilla 1.7.5/20041217 and the problem
was not occurring in Mozilla 1.7.3 or before.

When I hit Ctrl+Click on a URL that's included in a
news message, it used to open that URL in a tab on
my browser window (or open a browser window if none
was up).  When I do this now, nothing happens.

I have done an exit/restart of Mozilla, but the 
behavior does not change.
