Details

Mozilla is totally useless.  The browser window is white from the left to 2/3rds
of the way right.  Can't read FAQs, can't read help, can't read anything.  This
is the only link that I can get to and I doubt normal people should be here.

Possibly related.  The bottom (under the buttons on the bottom)is a light purple
box that says (partially cut off)

Computer is a compaq PC, several years old, plenty of hard drive space and
memory, Windows XP, email POP serve configured no problems

Someone please help, once I can read the information I am certain I can get rid
of other issues that may come up. Couldn't read component options but did have
boxes.  It may make no sense at all.
