When a web page thakes the time off of my local comp, to give tv guide listings,
to record times in forums, get days weather etc. the time is always being
reported as an hour ahead. I use forums at www.tech-nation.net (Formerly
tech-nation.sjssites.co.uk), and www.theoc.com (Formerly
www.boogmedia.net/forum) and the time at the bottom of the sites is always an
hour forward. There is also at the top of the tech-nation forum two banners, of
which the top one overlaps with bottom one, rendering the links useless.
This does not happen in IE, and neither do the banners overlap either.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter website
2.time is one hour ahead at bottom of screen
3.

Actual Results:
Time is reported as an hour ahead

Expected Results:
give the correct time

Set your time properly in the forum.
It's most likely a forum cookie issue
Does the same time shift happen in other browsers? What makes you think this is
a bug in the browser itself?
This does not happen in Internet Explorer, only firefox

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
