SuperBibleToolbar is no longer being maintained and has merged with Bible
Toolbar.  So if a new extension could be named Bible Toolbar and starting with
version 2.0, that would be appreciated.

The new site is located at: http://www.bibletoolbar.net
and the xpi can be installed from:
http://downloads.mozdev.org/bibletoolbar/bibletoolbar.latest.xpi
