Changing the radio buttons on Opening... window to checkbox.  This will allow
user to Save and Open file simultaneously.  Also there can be a select folder
field (like the one on Preferences > Download Folder) in front of the "Save to
Disk".

I remember that IE allowed me to save a file and then open it without looking
around for the file.

If you save, you can open when complete, if you open with, it opens directly.
