I was downloading a 3.2 gig file and mozilla download manager reported these
values at 3.0g:  -1234007KB at -15.1 KB/sec

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Download a large file (mine was 3.2g)

Actual Results:  
file was still downloading, but I had no ETA.

Expected Results:  
correct the size / speed / ETA time.
