The summary may sound a bit extreme: I updated to Mozilla 1.0. After
installing over the existing Mozilla, I allowed it to auto re-start XP. Then I
could NOT get on the internet using either Mozilla, IE, or Outlook Express. I
had to contact the cable provider who had me go through the reset the router and
cable modem routine and, finally, input specific DNS primary and alternate
addresses. That solved the problem. The wife's computer - on the same router -
did not experience this access problem; it does not have Mozilla.

Thanks and good luck.
I guess you mean you updated to "Mozilla Firefox 1.0", so this is not Product
MAS but Firefox.
