Details

when attempting to open a local html file by double-clicking it, firefox (French
version, 1.0) fails to open it, example :

trying to open "horaire JM.html" in folder "D:\Data\Etudes\Etudes -
général\Hiver 2005"

=> unable to find file /d:/Data/Etudes/Etudes - g%E9n%E9ral/hiver 2005/horaire
JM.html

if I rename the folder "Etudes - général" with "Etudes - general", it will work
fine.

I tried

file:///C:/Etudes%20-%20g%E9n%E9ral/test.html
(= file:///C:/Etudes - général/test.html)
I think I remember that the problem only appears when you either have a Firefox
window open already or you don't... can't remember which one.
