Details

There should be a way, through the X-Bugzilla-* system to discover that you are
receiving the email because you are watching someone, rather than it being
specifically sent to you.

For example, I'd want BugMail that I am the reporter/asignee/CC etc to be
diverted to one folder, because it may need my attention quicker than mail I'm
getting just because I happen to watch user B.
