There are hardcoded colors in the default theme which make it not appear well on
some color schemes.  We should replace them with System colors

Attachment: Perl script to identify color pallette

This script will identify all colors used within the theme.

Likely not - if there are concrete "doesn't appear well with X color config" issues, we should track those, but as-is this bug isn't actionable.
