27772 - Mozilla should Beep when clicking outside of modal window

To reproduce:
1. Open Seamonkey
2. From the Edit menu, select "Preferences"
3. Click on your desktop
4. Click on the browser window. (not the Preferences window, the real web browser 
window. ;)

Expected results:
---> When a modal window is active, clicking on any other application window 
should result in the computer beeping. (I have no idea how this should behave on 
Linux; if anyone would like to make sound work on my Linux system, I'd be happy 
to check. ;)

Actual results:
---> No beep. Does nothing.

Platforms occurs on:
---> Mac OS, Win32 Seamonkey 2000021413

Platforms doesn't occur on:
---> Mac OS, Win32 Communicator 4.7

(guessing danm is appropriate contact. If not, mea culpa.)

Seems like a basic requirement for a well behaving app. Marking nsbeta1, setting 
mozilla1.0 milestone otherwise Asa will bug me. Dan, can you get to this during 
6.5 timeframe?

This bug is still happening on Mac OS, but apparently not on Windows.

Bugs targeted at mozilla1.0 without the mozilla1.0 keyword moved to mozilla1.0.1 
(you can query for this string to delete spam or retrieve the list of bugs I've 
moved)

In Moz 20030313 OSX, truly modal dialogs (such as Save or an alert) beep when
you try to click the parent window.

Mozilla CFM/Classic build is dead.
