I do not understand this, but when trying to view the downloads page on php.net,
the page displays for a fraction of a second. Then the page goes blank, and the
tab says "Loading..." forever. The page is not down, as it renders fine in IE. I
tried viewing the google cache of this site, but the same problem occured there.
(also with several mirrors of php.net and their google caches...)

Changing summary from "wierd problem: never rendering this link..." to "Page

See Bug 264811 "The page loads completely, followed by the page clearing to a 
blank screen. Occurs on multiple computers, with multiple users. Seems to 
redirect to wyciwyg:4/search.refrozen.com"
