Details

When creating a mail account, the arrow keys don't do anything in the text 
fields, but a mouse click will reposition the cursor properly.  The arrow keys 
work fine when editing a message and entering the POP server password.  Found in 
Build 2000012520 (M13).
this was fixed right after M13. This is a dupe
