Last win32 installer trunk build with Talkback was 2005-01-07-06 (so the full
installer is 11.7-11.8 MB large). Since then until 2005-01-09-06 only a 5-1 KB
large dummy talkback.xpi is included, so that no error appears during
installation, but the Talkback functionality is missing. The full win installer
has only about 11.5 MB.

This is severe if we want to ship 1.8a6 without TB.

Same for linux it seems, see
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/nightly/2005-01-09-07-trunk/linux-xpi/,
only 1.1 KB talkback.xpi.

Sounds like we've got a handle on this. Will need to verify with release candidates.
