In the third column at the right bottom, I can see an image that is cut off. In
fact the whole box seems cut off. I can see this bug only at first
load/shift->reload.

Forgot to mention, the width and height is not set for the image in this
testcase, otherwise the bug doesn't occur.

I haven't tried it myself yet, but I believe you right this instant.
Steve, you can mark these kind of bugs as WFM, and make them depending on bug
240276.
In bug 261196 there are a lot of depending bugs that are probably fixed by the
fix from bug 240276.
