Mozilla 1.7.5. When I click on an URL in a message window, only the right click
works (popup menu) if no browser window is opened.

If a browser window is opened then the left and right clicks work but not the
middle click.

It used to work with Mozilla 1.7.3 where I was used to middle click on links in
mail to always open them in a new tab. And I never had to worry about if a
browser window was opened or not.

This part is a known problem; these reports have been duped to bug 267378.

I'm not sure if this part of the report has been reported before; there are 
quite a few dupes to that bug.  Also, I can't reproduce this under Windows 2000.

The nature of the referenced bug is such that the fix may well have addressed 
this issue.  You can try the latest 1.7 build
  http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mozilla/nightly/latest-1.7/
and check; if this part works, please mark this bug as a dupe, otherwise fine-
tune the bug report to focus on this problem.
