Certain Java applets running in one tab, appear in another tab with a completely different page. I noticed this while looking at NOAA's Base Reflectivity Short Range Radar Loop (you can get to this by going to www.noaa.org and by putting in your zip code in the left side of the page under "today's weather". On the local forecast page, click on the graphical link for the Radar under "Radar and Satellite Images". On the NWS Radar Image page click on "Loop" next to "Base Reflectivity, Short Range". This should load the Java applet to loop the radar.) When this is loaded and I move to another tab, the applet showing the looped radar appears over the page, no matter what page is in the other tab or what tab I use or open.
