277863 - Use a bugzilla bugfile icon in Gecko DOM reference and elsewhere

While updating/upgrading many Gecko DOM reference files, I wish we could
identify with a specific, typical icon the links leading to bugzilla bugfiles. A
class could be defined for those kind of links:

a.bug {...}
a.bug:before {content: url("[path]/BugzillaBugfile.png");}

Purpose is to visually style such type of links to help spot, pre-identify such
type of links (and where they lead to). UAs not supporting :before and/or
content would not be affected.
