Details

Most DLLs in the Firefox folder have version numbers of 0.0.0.0 rather than useful version numbers. It seems to me that if some DLLs and EXEs have proper versions, why don't others? I think this is related to Bug 23560

Did you build Firefox yourself? The nightlies that are built by Mozlla.org are correct. I do see this in nightlies that I have built my self. Likely it is a variable that is not set at build time that is causing the issue. You don't need to CC your self on a bug that you reported.
Yeah, this is from a build I made myself. Some of the files do have version numbers, though.
This can be worked around by setting the BUILD_OFFICIAL and MOZILLA_OFFICIAL environment variables to 1. The behavior is by design otherwise.
