Details

When clicking a link in some replaced content (using JavaScript innerHTML), and then clicking the Back button, the replaced content is not preserved. Instead, you are seeing the original content, before it was replaced. It's kind of hard to explain, but the URL should demonstrate it quite well. Opera shows the replaced content after pressing the Back button, which I believe is the correct behaviour.
I'm pretty sure, this has been already reported once. See also bug 274784.

I believe you are right - this appears to be pretty much the same thing. Sorry, I didn't find that one when searching. How does this work, do I close the bug myself?
Yes, well bug 274784 is not exactly the same, but probably the fix for that bug would fix this bug. This is a duplicate of another bug that describes the same issue as here.
