Note: Currently gnopernicus can't read normal link, this bug can only reproduced
after this issue is fixed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla and Gnopernicus
2. Go to www.sun.com.
3. Repeat click "Tab" to focus a link which is a image.

Bug Observation:
Nothing is spoken.

Expected Result:
It should read the ALT text and it is a link.

Attachment: patch v1

In this patch, also fix another minor issue. GOK grab a lot of *.gif files
which don't have any actions on them. GOK should not grab those elements which
have no actions on them.
