Details

This bug may be on purpose, but I've noticed that the Mouse wheel scrolls
documents even if their scrollbars have been turned off. This can be seen with
FRAME/IFRAMEs with scrolling="no" or with any document with html { overflow:
hidden; } (in a frame or not).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Goto above URL (http://wulffmorgenthaler.com/)
2. Move mouse over the comic strip
3. Scroll mouse wheel down and see IFRAME scroll

This is fixed on trunk, but I don't know what bug number
Disabling mouse wheel scrolling of overflow:hidden elements was done in Bug 259615.
