currently, there is no he-IL component in the mozilla localization section. can
you please open a Hebrew/he-IL component?

Actually, i didn't think about that. since you are the group leader :) i prefer
that you'll be the owner. anyway if it's a bug that's related to Firefox of
Thunderbird, you can CC me.

btw, that page doesn't have a  utf-8 encoding declaration. 
which is a good thing atm, since i'm not sure if all the entries are utf8.
