When visiting the mentioned address Firefox crashes. Firefox 1.0, Firefox 1.0 in safe mode, and today's zip release. Same goes for the Mozilla Suite, though only tested the latter one with a couple weeks old release. I've sent some crashes in from all three browsers. Is there a way to attach the crash to the bug?

WFM with Firefox 1.0 and 20050110 - clean profile both times There is a flash animation in the page which may have something to do with your crash. In regards to the crashes just provide the talkback id

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050111 Firefox/1.0+ Shockwave Flash 7.0 r19 WFM at least, no crash. Functionality on that site is poor. e.g. try to select a different country under Orange worldwide Validation reveals 170 errors Maybe needs to be TECH EVAN ?

can you get the Talkback Incident IDs related to this crash ? Launch "firefox\components\talkback.exe" to get them (TBxxxxxx).

Talkback Incident IDs from most recent trunk (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050111 Firefox/1.0+) TB3010882K TB3010787M TB3009501H And from Mozilla Suite (26/12) the talkback agent doesn't show up, though it's turned on. What it does is send bits to MS, in case that's relevant (with FF it sends the report to MS but nothing else).

WFM under Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050111 Firefox/1.0+. However, the site itself is very poorly coded e.g. the news ticker shows a jumbled mess of words on top of each other rather than the properly formatted scrolling text that it should display.

I've looked at the first three Talkback ID's. Can't repro, and don't see a real plugin on the main orange.com page... Jose, can you still repro this? If so, feel free to assign back to me, or even better, log a bug in player.helixcommunity.org on the windows platform.

I can't get a crash, no. But the page gets stuck. And while I can open new tabs and firefox keeps seemingly working, the new pages I try to go to through open tabs do not display. If I close the browser I can see the firefox process in the task manager. I haven't updated to realplayer 10, though. I will try that next. If the problem still persists I will reassign and submit a bug in helixcommunity.org

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
