I've followed the instructions at
http://www.mozilla.org/docs/command-line-args.html and found that under linux
adding the argument -edit works fine but under windows does not.

Under windows a normal mozilla browser is launched.

I logged into the #mozilla irc channel and asked someone else to try it and they
were able to reproduce the problem as well.

Apologies if this is a duplicate (I searched bugzilla but didn't find anything
similar).
