1. Load espn.go.com
2. Go to new URL (or just hit the back button)

Popup opens.

Aaron, what build are you using?  Is this reproducible reliably?  I just tried
those steps to reproduce 5-6 times in a Linux trunk debug build from Jan 8 and
got no popup...

PopUp is successfully blocked.

No popup opens on Windows 7 x64 and Mac OS 10.8.4 using Latest Nightly 27. Based on these investigations I am marking this issue as WFM
