Since I installed a new nightly build about a week ago, I have been unable to
print anything from Firefox.  The printer screen opens showing my default
printer, which works from any other application, but when I click OK nothing
happens.  If I attempt to print the page again, I get the message "not
available".  If I switch to any other application, I can print immediately.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use Ctrl+P or File, Print
2.Verify Default Printer
3.Click OK

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
It should have printed the page.
