Is this for firefox 1.0 or 1.1? You will need to attach ZIPs of the localized files, and a SSH public key.
Need a CVS form as well as a voucher. You can get CVS form from www.mozilla.org/hacking/form.html

CK over at bug 286682 wants to work on Firefox on nepali, too. I suggest that you join forces and target 1.1.
Still missing requested items in this bug, just a follow up.
Registration bug duped in favor of meetquant, so this one is WONTFIX, due to the long silence here, in the first place.
