When marking message and "Not Junk", move back to folder it would have gone to.

Details

If you select a message in your Junk Mail folder and mark it as Not Junk,  it 
stays in the junk mail folder.  However if you mark a message in the inbox as 
junk, it gets moved to the junk mail folder.  Please give us the option to have 
messages marked as "Not Junk" moved to the folder they would have gone to on 
arrival (by re-processing the filters on it).
