This bug is separated from bug 165055.
IME candidate window is hidden by autocomplete window.

hrm, how would we even fix that?
On Windows, the autocomplete window is TOPMOST window.
Therefore, the candidate window is positioned _under_ the autocomplete window.

I don't know window system of Mac.
Does Mac have a system like TOPMOST?
danm did a lot with window z order, he might know more here.
I create the cross platform patch in bug 165055.
Therefore this bug set to dup.
