In the message compose window, there is a split view resizer that allows more
than 4 lines of email addresses to be entered. On other platforms, it cannot be
resized smaller. On the Mac, it can...

To repro:
1. Open a new message compose window
2. Grab the resize handle immediately below the toolbar
3. Drag up

This is the same problem as bug 473534 which has fixed the issue, therefore marking as dup.
