The above site seems to have found a way to beat the pop-up blocker because the
pop-up ad appears even with pop-up blocking enabled

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the above web site
2.Pop-up ad appears


Actual Results:  
The pop-up ad appears every time. I have checked my preferences repeatedly to
ensure that pop-up blocking is enabled

Expected Results:  
It should have blocked the pop-up ad

Firefox blocks the pop-up fine for me. In future create a new profile by
renaming the Mozilla folder.

"C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\Mozilla"

This is to make sure no settings or extensions like TBE or Adblock are
inteferring. Then check the site to see if the pop-up still comes through. If it
does and others can reproduce this (make a post in the Firefox forums) then file
the site under bug 253831, which is a bug whose purpose is to track all the
url's that defeat the pop-blocker.
