278278 - improve information on update manager's NEW UPDATES popup message

current text message is "New updates available click here to view" and icon is a
puzzle piece (see screen shot)

Neither the icon graphic nor the text give any clear indication this message is
associated with Firefox. (At first I thought it was a virus, based on the
behavior described in bug 278274)  Puzzle icon does not seem to be associated
with FF - appears no where else in firefox that I can see, at least not under
the theme or extension menus. 

Please improve at least the text.

This isn't a pure dup, but leaving verified b/c I like the direction of bug
262536 - as long as it makes good progress toward getting implemented.
