Details

We need to add some documentation about GD version numbers - at the very least,
that the major number of GD.pm and libgd needs to be the same. People keep
getting bitten by this.

This looks like it was done once already, in bug 190434. I'm not seeing what 
Jake links to there, but this bug still looks like a dupe of that one. Marking 
as such.
