Assume you have a contact in your address book with two separate email addresses
that are listed under "email" and "additional email".  Then when you send mail
to the address listed under "additional email" a second card will be made
eventhough there is already a card for that person.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Make card for person and list two email addresses.
2.  Send mail to second email address.
3.

Actual Results:  
Second (repetitive and incomplete) card is produced

Expected Results:  
Nothing
Since the email address is already in the address book there is no need to add a
card for it

bug 218411 is now core address book (code is shared afaik) -> duping to that 
bug.
