After first load of mozilla, clicking on any of the buttons on the component bar
doesn't work.
Also, the icon momentarily disapears then reappears.
This is a regression from 1.7.x, and is present on 1.8a5 and 1.8a6 (haven't
checked earlier alphas).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Mozilla suite cold (no quicklaunch)
2. Click on one of the component bar buttons (I usually use mail). Don't click
on anything else before them.


Actual Results:  
The button disappears briefly, and nothing happens (the component doesn't load).
A second press works normally.

Expected Results:  
The button shouldn't disapear, and the component should load as expected.

I couldn't reproduce this with the classic theme, so I think it may be modern
theme specific.
I noticed that sometimes the button WILL work, but will still disappear briefly
OR it will just work as expected, especially if you've used the browser for a
while, so I think this is some kind of initialisation bug.
"major" because the first thing you (might) click on is both functionally and
visually broken + regression.

I did some testing, and this seems to have broken between 1.8a2 and 1.8a3
(somebody please confirm?).
This may be nothing, but it -seems- to happen more consistently if the browser
opens with a blank page.
Also, when I say the icon "disapears" what I mean is that it not only visibly
vanishes, but the icons to the right of it shift over to fill the space where it
was. They then shift back when it reappears (which all happens in a split second).

This is a duplicate.... the image box frame resizes itself to 0,0 when the image
changes in current builds... we have a bug on that already.

That only explains part of the bug ("the icon momentarily disapears").
It doesn't explain (at least not to me) why clicking on the Mail & Newsgroups
icon does NOT load Mail & Newsgroups, clicking on address book does NOT open the
address book, etc.

Clicking them works the second time, but the first time it is broken (mostly,
the bug is intermittent).

Maybe the two separate aspects of this bug was not clear in the initial bug
report, sorry.

I can't reproduce this with 1.8b, closing.
