If you intend to copy and paste the URL stated in the address bar of an opened Firefox browser, you would onlu need to click once in the address bar and all the text is highlighted already. Then you can process to copy and paste the URL. Problem: If you only intend to copy a portion of the URL, you would need to click anywhere in the address bar to deselect the highlight before you drag your mouse to a scope of the URL that you want to copy. Issue: Since we would want to limit the amount of unecessary mouse clicks in using the browser, I would recommend that we'd take a closer look at their minor bug. Thanks.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a6) Gecko/20050107 Firefox/1.0+ I can start selecting text in the address bar without focusing it first. One scenario that requires extra clicks is if you select the entire URL by clicking first and then decide to select a part of the URL, but that's bug 87410.
