Steps tor reproduce this bug: 

1. goto <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/query.cgi>
2. select (only listed items, do not change any other one!)
   Issue Type = DEFECT
   Component: select all except first iten "Testproduct" by mouse
   Status = Unconfirmed
   Keywords = "oooqa" / "None of the listed kewords set"
3. Press button "Submit Query"
   expected: listing with issues in URI

Other possibility to reproduce
5a. Copy long URI from listing page to blank URI-pane in new TAB, <ENTER>
    expected: listing should be opened again
    actual: "Internal Server Error"

Other problem:
11. Click on an ID- Number in the issue list (For example: "40702")
    expected: listing should be opened again
    actual: "Internal Server Error"
    Funny Detail: if i press <ENTER> in URI-pane after "Internal Server Error", 
    all will work as expected, issue page will be opened.

   
All this with 
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; de-AT; rv:1.8a3) Gecko/20040817 
  with PrefBar, Java, Flash installed and many other "goodies"
- 1.7.5 German Version "nacked"

These problems are app. 95% reproducible with MOZILLA. With IE same problems
appear, but only in 5% of my tests.

Al these problems only appear in context with that query page, all other
Functions on OOo website work without any problem.

I also see that on a WIN98 PC with MOZILLA 1.8a3

This seems to be related to the length of the URL.

Do you use a proxy ? They sometimes cut long url.

Bug on OOo has been resolved as WONTFIX, they think it related to use of
http://qa.openoffice.org/... instead of http://www.openoffice.org/...
