278423 - events spanning midnight mess up the view

when an event is like 22:00-04:00, it will only show up on the first day, and be
too long, so the view gets expanded. (dayview and weekview)
In monthview, it only shows up on hte first day, not on other days.
The longer the event, the better the effect.

patch for the weekview.
Also makes it theoreticly possible to set the display in a different timezone.
(I had to do that, to be able to set the time for the start of the box to
00:00:00).
depends on the patch in bug 280971, plus a small other correction to weekday in
calDateTime.cpp

i don't really like the timezone mess here, but i'm not sure what a better
solution is for now.

patch checked in. leaving open for other views.

(And i'm not too happy about the timezones either, but without it the view is
still messed)

this patch fixes the other views. The code to split one event into days is
centralized.
