278425 - allday events don't show up as allday

IF you create an all-day event, it doesn't show up in the allday row, but just
as an event that takes 24 hours. (all views. monthview shoud show a special icon)

Attachment: Makes events show up again in multiweek view. All day events show up properly.

Make events(including allday events) display in multiweek view. (Largely cut
and paste with slight changes)
Fixes a slight bug introduced by last patch 172441, where an event created in
multiweek view doesn't show up properly in monthview.
Note: Tasks aren't displayed as of yet. Correct me if I am wrong, but Tasks
seem to be broken in trunk?
