Details
I am using the 1.8a6 build on Mac OSX.3.7 on an iBook 12".
When I click on any select box in a form, the box appears and I select the right
value. Then the box closes but where it used to be is now a gray rectangle.
Worse still, it remains there when I scroll out or switch tabs (even appears in
other tabs).
Please fix ASAP

Changing severity to major because the gray field obscures other text and boxes
and you haven't a clue what is going on there. And because it is so bloody
obviously ugly. I can't imagine shipping 1.8 with this problem.
