When viewing a Quicktime .mov file in Firefox, the Ctrl+T function to open a new
tab becomes non-functional

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a Quicktime .mov file in Firefox
2. Press Ctrl+T to "supposedly" open a new tab
3. No new tab opens

Actual Results:  
A new tab was not opened

Expected Results:  
A new tab should have been opened by pressing Ctrl+T
