If you are using MS Exchange Web Access and want to log off, you will get a page
saying "To complete the log off process and prevent other users from opening
your mailbox, you must close all browser windows and exit the browser
application." And there's a button below. Somehow click the button doesn't work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login a MS Exchange Web Access
2. Log out
3. Click the "close"

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Close the window
