On http://planet.gnome.org, the browser will not scoll when the cursor is placed
over a blog entry containing text enclosed in a pre tag. Since the page is
dynamic based on blog entries, I saved the page at
http://www.utdallas.edu/~cws031000/planet_gnome.html for future reference. Bug
does NOT appear on the original blog the entry is from, and only when on
http://planet.gnome.org.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open planet gnome page
2. Place cursor over text in pre tag

Actual Results:
No scrolling occured.

Expected Results:
The page should scroll as normal.
