User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0 when opening multiple tabs of the same page but using different log-in and passwords the tabs leak over. For example I have multiple accounts and when opening three tabs all the tabs will use the same account when you switch between them even if you log-in with different accounts on each tab. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open multiple tabs with same log-in page. 2. log-in with different user names and passwords. 3. Switch tabs Actual Results: The first tab logged in normal the remaining tabs will be logged in with the first account. Expected Results: Each tab should have remained logged on to the seperate accounts insted of bleeding over to the other tabs.

HTTP is stateless. Isn't it a function of the server how it keeps track of how you are logged in from a given IP? What happens with different windows? Different browsers?
probably the browser identifies it as only a single log-on session. Same things happens for instance when creating multiple cards at the same time at http://www.mac.com/WebObjects/iCards.woa/8/wa/default?cty=US&wosid=HFfU8BWQt4UKPfKbGZyeBM&lang=en or hotmail for that matter.
